About Makeshift Society
Makeshift Society is a clubhouse for creatives in Hayes Valley that supports creativity, collaboration and community through a coworking space, innovative programming, and support for freelancers and small business owners.
Society members are curious and creative. They make with their heads and think with their hands. They support each other’s projects, and work together to create new ones. Members include architects, writers, graphic designers, event planners, bloggers, art directors, fashion designers, photographers, filmmakers, web designers, stylists, furniture makers, product designers, butchers, bakers, and candlestick makers.
