About Confluence SBC

Confluence is a shared office community offering flexible workspace, meeting space, and value-added services for local professionals. Members and day-users work, meet, and connect in the heart of a revitalized district with quick access to the best coffee shops and restaurants in downtown Lafayette, CO.

The community features business owners, freelancers, and remote employees representing a range of professions. The space features ~3,000 square feet of private, semi-private, and open workspace as well as a conference room, lounge, and two kitchens.

Day-users are welcome and parking is free on-site and on the street.

Mon-Fri 8:30 - 5:30 for day-use; 24/7 secure access for monthly members. Private office/meeting room is also available 24/7 by the hour or day.
